December Challenge – Week 3

Continuing the documentation of my December…

Targets:

  • Read each morning (I have a list of books to finished as previously mentioned)
  • Jog (or walk) an average of 2.3 miles each day to total 72 miles in December (far more than I’ve done in a single month before), and 300 miles by the end of the year (to match last year’s total).
  • Cycle an average of 20+ miles each day to total 660 miles in December (I’ve done more of this before so I’m confident about this one), and 6,000 miles by the end of the year (again to match last year’s total).
  • Do yoga each day, ideally 30 minutes, to help with the running and cycling…

Day 15-21

  • I ended up without internet access at home, so I was unable to update this page on a daily basis, however, I am currently on target now with pretty much everything and with the lack of internet access I’ve been able to finish the book of a Thousand Nights and a Night, and Volume 7 of Arthur Mee’s Children’s Encyclopedia. I also finished Robinson Crusoe.
